The Little Ringed Plover is principally distinguished from the similar Ringed Plover by its dark beak (vs orange for Ringed) and duller legs. These Torresian Imperial Pigeons were photographed in Perth, Australia - not their usual habitat. Presumably they are therefore either escaped or captive - one appears to have been ringed.
