The Capped Conebill is a small bird. Males are all blue, mostly dark blue, with bright blue highlights on the cap, shoulder etc. Females olive and blue-grey. Easily overlooked. In Ecuador found at 2000 - 2800m - seen here at Guango Lodge, 2700m.
