Bird name: Flame Throated Warbler
Latin: Parula gutturalis
Other:
Family: Parulidae • New World Warblers
Range: Costa Rica and Western Panama highlands

The Flame-throated Warbler is similar to its relative the Tropical Parula but white extends further up the belly, leaving only chest and neck orange-yellow.
I only saw the Flame-throated Warbler in the high mountain forest areas above Los Quetzales.
