This male Violet-crowned Woodnymph has a forked deep-blue tail, green throat and purple forehead. Green lower back, blue-violet shoulders, chest and belly. The female has light underparts and tail is rounded and shorter. Seen in Valle de Anton. Beautiful deep colours on this bird.
